Go to the open house and/or request a tour from the Seller's agent. Or ask us and we'll also provide a copy of the Seller's Disclosure Documents (SDD).​

Call or email us and we'll help you submit an offer. If your offer is accepted, we'll walk you through the process and help you stay on top of inspections, appraisal, financing, etc. ​

Easy Rebate Option

At closing we'll rebate the entire buyer's agent commission except for our $1,000 fee. For example, the seller typically pays your buyer's agent 3%, or $9,000 on a $300,000 house. Bidly only charges $1,000 and rebates the remaining $8,000 back to you at closing!​

Hi, I'm Andrew Beeli.

When we were buying our first home, my wife and I tried to represent ourselves directly to save on buyer’s agent fees but got nowhere. Listing agents wouldn’t consider our offer, and even if they did the full commission would go to the listing agent at closing.

Frustrated, I decided to become a buyer’s agent to help buyers save money.
